I already use a WhatsApp confirmation app. Do I have to stop?
No. yBlock reads the Shopify tags those apps add (like “✅ Order Confirmed” or “❌ Order Canceled”) and moves orders automatically. You can switch to yBlock's own WhatsApp confirmation whenever you like.
Which couriers are supported?
ShipKartex and Leopards Courier are integrated today, plus your own riders with a phone link. Using another courier? Tell us — it helps us decide what to add next.
Is my data safe?
Each business is fully separated. Courier and WhatsApp keys are stored encrypted. Staff only see what their role allows, and every important change is logged.
Do WhatsApp messages cost extra?
Messages are sent from your own WhatsApp Business number, and Meta bills conversations directly to your Meta account. yBlock doesn't add a markup.
How long does setup take?
Connecting Shopify and couriers takes minutes with the guided setup. WhatsApp templates need Meta's approval, which is usually quick.
Can my warehouse team use it on their phones?
Yes. yBlock installs like an app on iPhone and Android from the browser, and the camera scans parcel barcodes for returns.
